We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

How will my bike be delivered?

All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Delivery

Warranty on your bicycle

Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.

In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.

If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Budgetvriendelijke damesfiets

Ik zocht een budgetvriendelijke fiets en die had ik gevonden met de Cortego City damesfiets. Voor een kleine prijs kreeg ik een degelijke stadsfiets die ik zelf eenvoudig in elkaar kon zetten met behulp van de video. Voor wie op zoek is naar een betaalbare en makkelijk te monteren fiets is dit een aanrader!

Normaal staat er voor 17u besteld volgende dag geleverd.

Heb fiets donderdags besteld voor 17u en heb fiets geleverd gekregen dinsdags 16u voor de rest goede fiets. En het in elkaar zetten was op een half uurtje klaar.

Verrassend fijne fiets voor dat bedrag!

Nadat ik de fiets had besteld bekroop me het gevoel van een miskoop had gedaan. Ik informeerde me via de klantendiens per email hoe de retour zou verlopen indien ik de bestelling zou weigeren. Ik kreeg prompt informatie over hie het allemaal zou verlopen. De klantendienst had dan ook al geanticipeerd naar een eventuele retour. Maar dat was dus niet nodig. De bestelling kwam na 2 dagen aan en het uitpakken en monteren gebeurde vlot met behulp van de handleiding. Intussen an ee 30 tal km gefietst en ik ben heel blij met mijn aankoop. Want je krijgt heel wat voor die kleine prijs. Ideaal om in de stad boodschappen te doen en wat ritjes in de omgeving.

The bicycle looks fine visually, but the size turned out to be too large for me. I had to go to a repair shop to adjust the saddle. I was also told that the handlebar cannot be lowered, which is considered a defect. Apart from that, the bike looks okay, but it is difficult for me to use because of the unsuitable size and this issue.

The back break looks kind of weird, we will see how long it will last.
The chain makes noises occasionally.
The assembly of the bike required to buy own screws (for the mudguards).
The instruction video did not contain all necessary steps and the bike was not the same, so I had to figure out most things on my own, but it is manageable.
