Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered tomorrow. Delivered to your home 6 days a week.

We ship your bike order free of charge with PostNL. You'll receive an expected delivery date from them by email. We offer a 48-hour delivery service, so your bike will be delivered within 2 business days! Bikes ordered before 5:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 PM or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Please note: We only deliver our bikes in the Netherlands and Belgium. Bike deliveries to the Wadden Islands are not possible.

All products listed on our website are in stock. When you add a product to your cart, it will be held for a maximum of 24 hours, so you have plenty of time to shop with us!
To get the products to our customers as quickly as possible, orders are automatically processed in our systems immediately after purchase. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can refuse the package at the door or return it after receipt.

How will my bike be delivered?

All our bikes are delivered in a box. To make things as easy as possible for you, our bikes are already 85% assembled. Depending on the bike, you may still need to assemble the following:
- Mounting the front wheel
- Installing the front mudguard
- Installing the handlebars, saddle and pedals
- Install any front carrier or training wheels

Delivery

Warranty on your bicycle

Cortego guarantees that the delivered product complies with the concluded agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded.

In general, you have a 1-year warranty on all moving parts and a 2-year warranty on the frame. Parts subject to wear and tear, such as tires, chain, chainrings, freewheel, rear sprockets, cables, and brake pads, are not covered by the warranty, unless there are construction and/or material defects. Damage resulting from improper use and falls is not covered by the warranty.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. We'll also return the repaired or replacement product to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will tell you the repair costs. We will not repair anything without your permission.

If there's anything wrong with your product, please always contact us first. We'll work with you to determine how to handle your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Op de website makkelijk te vinden!
Onze dochter ging voor het eerst naar de middelbare school. En kreeg ze afgelopen zondag een fiets voor haar verjaardag! Eenmaal uit de doos heel goed verpakt waardoor de fiets geen krasjes of schade had heel netjes! En mooie goede kwaliteit. Makkelijk in elkaar te zetten.

Fiets keurig op tijd ontvangen.
Met montage schema erbij makkelijk af te monteren, resulteert mooie en dergelijke fiets.
Echter te weinig boutjes en moeren bijgeleverd om rek af te monteren.
Maar dit zelf even opgelost.

Met behulp van het duidelijke instructie filmpje zelf de fiets in elkaar gezet. Ik ben totaal niet technisch nog nooit een fiets in elkaar gezet. Mijn vriend heeft hem nog gecontroleerd maar alles klopte. Fiets goed. Heerlijk zadel.
Zeker geen spijt van!!

We've had our delightful Cortego transporter bike for a few weeks now, and oh boy, what a joyful ride it's been! This bike is built like a little tank – super sturdy and you can just feel the quality radiating off it. And the best part? My daughter is absolutely over the moon! She's been zipping around with the biggest grin, clearly head-over-heels for her new two-wheeled companion. It's like watching pure happiness on wheels!
Now, the assembly did have a few 'puzzle-solving' moments for us. Those installation videos were a tad tricky to follow at times, and there was a little treasure hunt for the right screws. But hey, even with my super basic bike repair skills, we triumphed in a few happy hours! Think of it as a mini DIY adventure that ended with a fantastic reward.
All in all, everything about this bike feels fantastic, and it brings a smile to our faces every time we see it (and especially when we see our daughter riding it!). We're definitely one happy cycling family thanks to Cortego!
